This particular contract is to be used for leases of no more than a total of a year in duration.Ĭommercial Lease Agreement – Is generally carried out for properties that are intended to generate profit, i.e., accommodate a business. Georgia Association of Realtors Lease for Residential Property – The Realtor form has been created to cover a wide range of lease transactions in the state of Georgia. The form requests info on the applicant and helps to sum up the past experiences of the individual concerning previous rental and employment. Rental Application– A document used to obtain information from a possible lessee to ascertain if they will serve to be a good fit as an occupant and tenant of a property.
